You must withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. neo38 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:
In the event of a voided bet, the original stake is returned to your account. Voided bets do not count toward wagering requirements.

Upon termination, any remaining balance may be withheld if the termination is due to violation of terms. If the termination is not due to your fault, your remaining balance will be returned after deducting any applicable fees or bonuses.
